Quick guide - clamping system
Clamping rails:
Clean and degrease all plastics on the clamping system
Open clamping-beam and underneath lying beams
Load the bottom layer, close the beam above and hand tighten the hex bolt.
Load the middle layer, close the beam above and hand tighten the hex bolt.
Load the top layer and close the clamping-beam
Tighten the lock nuts on the clamping system until the nuts are hand-tightened and lie
flush on the clamping beam
Open the hydraulic hand-pump casing
Close the valve of the hand-pump
Operate the hand-pump lever until the overpressure noise of the pressure relief valve is
heard or a pressure of max. 350 bar is reached
Turn the hand crank, clockwise, as far as it will go
Open the valve of the hand-pump and relieve the hydraulic system
Close
the
hydraulic hand-pump casing
Release rail clamping:
Open the hydraulic hand-pump casing
Close the valve of the hand-pump
Operate the hand-pump lever until the overpressure noise of the pressure relief valve is
heard or a pressure of max. 350 bar is reached
Turn the hand crank, counterclockwise, as far as it will go
Open the valve of the hand-pump and relieve the hydraulic system
Close the hydraulic hand-pump casing
Loosen the lock nuts on the clamping system evenly the clamping beam is free and can
be opened
Unload the top rail layer
Loosen the screw of the underlying beam and open it
Unload the middle rail layer
Loosen the screw of the underlying beam and open it
Unload the ground rail layer
Clean and degrease all plastics of the clamping system
