AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION

En tant qu’utilisateur du Thermomix®, vous êtes déjà familiarisé avec l’appareil
et ses accessoires.

Le présent manuel a pour objectif de vous familiariser avec l’utilisation du
disque cuisson pour votre Thermomix® TM5 ou TM6.

1. Lisez attentivement le manuel d’utilisation associé avant sa première

utilisation.

2. Lisez et observez également le manuel d’utilisation du Thermomix® TM5 ou

TM6 fourni avec l’appareil.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT

Votre nouveau disque cuisson protège les aliments à cuire de tout contact avec
l’ensemble couteaux. Il vous permet de cuire à basse température et en longue
durée (cuisson lente ou sous-vide) dans votre Thermomix®.

À l’aide de ces méthodes de cuisson, viandes et poissons restent tendres et
juteux, et les légumes conservent leur belle couleur, vitamines et minéraux
étant également préservés. Grâce à la préparation en douceur, la saveur des
aliments est encore plus intense.

CUISSON SOUS-VIDE

Le principe de la cuisson sous-vide est de placer des aliments (par ex. viande,
poisson ou légumes) dans un sac sous-vide dont on aura ôté l’air, puis de les
cuire dans l'eau à basse température en remuant régulièrement. L’objectif est
que la température à cœur ciblée soit transmise directement aux ingrédients via
l’eau. Le disque cuisson protège le sac, et donc ce qu'il contient de tout contact
avec l'ensemble couteaux.

CUISSON LENTE

Avec la cuisson lente, les aliments sont cuits directement dans le jus de cuisson,
ce qui permet aux épices et arômes de se développer intensément. Cette
méthode douce empêche les aliments d'accrocher au fond, tandis que le disque
cuisson évite aux aliments en cours de cuisson d'être hachés.

COMPATIBILITÉ

Le disque cuisson s'utilise aussi bien avec Thermomix® TM6 qu’avec
Thermomix® TM5.

Conservez ce manuel d’utilisation en vue d'une utilisation ultérieure. Il est une
partie intégrante de l'accessoire et doit être joint au disque cuisson si ce dernier
est prêté ou cédé à une autre personne.
