dehumidification capacity and increase the risk of entrainment of condensate into the air ducts, with potential damage to
furniture and/or flooring.
• Specifications for the power supply must correspond to the electrical data on ID plate A (Fig.3).

The appliance must be installed by a professionally qualified electrician.
•
A multi-pole switch must be used to install the appliance. The contact opening gap must be no less
than 3 mm.
Structure and items included
The appliance is made of hot-galvanised steel. The structure is self-bearing and comprises removable panels to facilitate
inspection and maintenance of internal components. The condensate tray included in the supply is made of stainless steel,
both for the dehumidifier and the heat recovery unit.
Fig.4 shows the main components of the appliance:
Microprocessor
The appliance is equipped with a microprocessor with advanced software for controlling the cooling cycle and managing
the hydronic and aeraulic units.
The software:
• manages operation on the basis of data received from a room temperature and humidity sensor connected by means of
an RS 485 port;
• activates dehumidification according to the humidity set-point;
• activates integration of the winter or summer sensible load according to the summer or winter set-point temperature;
• manages the temperature of the air released into the room by means of an outlet limit sensor (supplied as standard);
• manages a modulating valve for correct supply of the water coil;
• manages ventilation by means of an air quality sensor (optional) or directly by the timer built into the microprocessor;
manages the calibration damper;
• displays machine alarms;
• monitors system operation by means of an RS 485 and serial port (optional) and/or XWEB module (optional);
manages dirty filter states.
Electrical panel
The electric panel is made in compliance with the European Standards 73/23 and 89/336 and it can be accessed by
opening the panel that covers it. Predisposed for connection to the power supply and for control from a remote control
panel, it is equipped with a terminal board with contacts for:
remote ON-OFF,
Summer/Winter (Open = Summer; Closed = Winter),
Humidity switch (only on the version with remote mechanical thermo-hygrostat),
Thermostat (only on the version with remote mechanical thermo-hygrostat).
The electrical panel is supplied complete with 3 control trimmers, which are used at the system start-up stage to set the
airflows of the fans on the basis of the loss of pressure in the pipes:
extractor airflow control trimmer;
minimum outlet airflow control trimmer;
