Correcting Water Volume
Analysis:
Too much or too little water in different time periods
Solution:
Do not remove the milk bottle, pull out the mixing tank, press and hold the
START
button
to display
C3 15
, then press the
MENU
button to display the number between
C1 100

Install the mixing tank, place the bottle, press the
START
button to pour out the first water, enter the
first weight into the screen and pour out the second water.
If the second is only different from the screen by
±0.4g
, the calibration is complete. If the difference
exceed
±0.5g
, enter the weight of grams on the screen and continue the calibration. After the
calibration is completed, turn off the appliance, the setting will save automatically.
Screen Flickers
Analysis:
Usually the power board is faulty
Solution:
Shut down and restart the machine
ERROR CODES:
E05
- The water filling system is faulty
Analysis:
The boiler cover or water tank is not installed in place.
Solution:
The boiler cover should be clicked into place.
Analysis:
Is there any foreign matter in the water inlet hole of the boiler cover?
Solution:
Check, drain, and clean to remove.
Analysis:
Not enough water in the water tank; less than 300ml or none.
Solution:
Add water.
Analysis:
Not able to add water as internal water pipe is blocked.
Solution:
a)
Take off the water tank and boiler cover,
b)
pour out the water in the boiler,
c)
reinstall the boiler cover and water tank
d)
add water to test.

- Motor failure (motor does not rotate)
Analysis:
Adding too much powder each time, pressing too tightly or long time pressurised operation
will shorten the life of the motor.
Solution:
Anytime you add milk powder, do not exceed the
MAX
level.
Analysis:
Milk powder is stuck in the motor.
Solution:
Check if there is any powder stuck in the motor, clean and remove.

water.
