METHOD
Add the ingredients to the JUG, ensuring you do not
exceed maximum filling capacity (1L).
Turn the SPEED SELECTOR to

blend for
1 minute
at a time until you are happy with
the consistency.

Apple juice (100ml)
Banana (x1)
Mixed berries (140g)

Milk (150ml)
Banana (½, roughly chopped)
Strawberries (x6, with stalks removed)

Natural yoghurt (2 tbsp)
Oatmeal or porridge oats (1 tbsp)
Banana (½, roughly chopped)
Honey (1 tsp)
Apple (x1, cored and roughly chopped)

METHOD

capacity (2/3 full).
Blend for
1 minute
at a time until you are happy with
the consistency.
