BATTERY INSERTION/REMOVAL
WARNING!
Before making any adjustments ensure
the appliance is switched off or remove the 20V Max
Battery

Hold the Circular Saw with one hand and the 20V Max
Battery
(16)
with the other.
To install, push and slide 20V Max Battery into the
battery port, make sure the Battery Release Button
(19)
of the 20V Max Battery snaps into place and is
secure before beginning operation.
To remove, press the Battery Release Button and pull
the 20V Max Battery out at the same time.
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
To adjust the angle of the cut, loosen the Angle
Adjustment Screw

, then slide to the degree
of tilt using the Angle Adjustment Scale
(3)
for
measurement.
Re-tighten the Angle Adjustment Screw

.
CAUTION:
Once you have adjusted the angle, ensure
you have securely re-tightened the Adjustment Screw
before using the tool in order to avoid damage to the
tool and injury to the user.
