Alarm, description
Regarding: L60F, L70F, L90F
In case of abnormal operating values or malfunction, an alarm is
generated in the form of messages in the information display,
control lights, buzzer, and central warning.
Messages in the information display unit are divided into priority
order according to the following. In case of several messages, the
one with highest priority is shown in the information display, other
messages are sorted according to priority ranking and when they
were generated.
Alarm prio 1 Warning
Warnings may be shown in different ways depending on its pri‐
ority. A warning consists of a combination of some of the follow‐
ing:
- Instruction figure is shown, e.g., Gear sel. failureCheck at next
stop
- Warning figure, e.g., Reduce speed
- Buzzer sounds in varying equal intervals on/off in case of gear
position F/R.
- Buzzer sounds with four short signals for gear position N.
- Amber or red central warning.
Warning figure and buzzer remain until corrective action has been
taken, then return to previous figure.
Alarm prio 2 Check
- Buzzer sounds with four short signals
- Figure is shown, e.g., CheckTransm. oil pressure sensor, until
it's acknowledged, then return to previous figure.
- Amber central warning.
Alarm prio 3 Information
- Buzzer sounds with four short signals .
- Information figure is shown 3 seconds after start or when the
message is generated, e.g., InformationLow washer fluid level.
Then automatic return to previous figure.
- Information symbol.
