Z = 1.2566Ω
@ 0.2V, i = 159.155mA
From
fig. 23
, the error current = 0.45μA/mV @ 100kHz
Which, for a signal of 0.2V = 90μA
Error in measurement = 90μA / 159.155mA = 0.057%
