The thermometer measures the core temperature of food and indicates when it has
been reached. regularly check on the progress of the cooking and always stay
close to the BBQ or oven.
Ensure your grilled food is cut into equal pieces. Only this allows it to be fully and evenly
cooked.
Meat and fish become juicy and delicious when you remove them from the heat source shortly
after the desired core temperature is reached. After they are cooked, leave the larger meat
pieces in the oven at under 70 ºC. Thus the meat juice is distributed evenly inside the meat and
temperatures between surface and core are evened out.
Turn the transmitter and receiver on. (See chapter 9)

Place the temperature probe in the meat.

Make sure the temperature probe tip (31) is located in the centre of the thickest part of the meat.
