REGISTRATION

The warranty registration form must be submitted to 

VOLTBIKE

 

within 30 days of purchase along with the UPC (Universal Product 

Code) label on the box.  The registration form can be found on the 

last page of this Owner’s Manual or online at www.

voltbike

BOTH the registration form and UPC label must be submitted in order 
to activate the warranty coverage.

To register your

 by mail, submit completed registration 

form to the address listed on the form.  You can also register your

We encourage our customers

).  Upon receipt of this 

registration, 

VOLTBIKE

 will record and register your warranty.  No 

verification of registration and warranty will be sent to the purchaser.  
NO WARRANTY COVERAGE WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS

 limited warranty excludes any failures that are not caused 

by a defect in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover 
accidental damage, normal wear and tear, abuse, or improper 
handling.  This warranty does not cover any

altered structurally, modified, neglected, improperly maintained, or 
used for purposes other than for which it was manufactured and 
intended.

 does not cover any damages which occur 

during trailer transit or as a result of unauthorized service or the use of
