4.  Behind the freezer, locate the large hole in 

the top of the cart.  Feed the 9-Tube 
Assembly tubes, the Touch Panel ethernet 
cable, and the Drive Motor cable through 
the hole and into the cart. 

 

 

 

 

5.  Examine the rear cart panel with electronics 

board that came with your Flavor Burst 
system.   Locate the pump harness port 
(BANK A / PWRCONN2), the Drive Motor 
port (BANK C / PWRCONN4), and the 
ethernet port.  Keep the panel close to the 
cart as you connect the cables in the next 
steps. 

 

 

 

6.  Find the pump harness cable under the 

pumps and carefully lead it through the cart 
shelf opening.  Connect the harness to the 
port on the electronics board labeled “BANK 
A” or “PWRCONN2”.     

 

 

 

7.  Connect the end of the Drive Motor cable to 

the port on the electronics board labeled 
“BANK C” or “PWRCONN4”.     

 

 

 

8.  Connect the end of the Touch Panel 

ethernet cable to the ethernet port on the 
electronics board.    

 

 

 

9.  Locate the 9-Tube Lead under the pumps 

and lead it through the cart shelf opening.  
Remove the dust cap.    

 

 

 

10. Ensure the 9-hole gasket is placed between 

the Lead and the 9-Tube Assembly coupler 
pins.  The gasket must be in place to seal 
the connection and prevent leakage.
