Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Carts Assembly Instructions
ATTACH THE WHEELS
1. Lay the right frame assembly on its side with wheel facing up.
2. Attach the caster channel using two 1
¹⁄₂
" hex screws and two lock
nuts. Finger tighten.
3. Attach the axle tube to the wheel. If needed, use a rubber mallet to
tap the axle tube into place. Use a cotter pin to secure the tube to the
assembly. Spread the legs of the cotter pin using a needle-nose
pliers.
4. Stand the frame upright.
5. Attach the caster channel to the left frame assembly using one

" hex screw and one lock nut. Finger tighten.
6. Attach the axle tube to the left frame assembly. If needed, use a
rubber mallet to tap axle the tube into place. Use a cotter pin to
secure the tube to the assembly. Spread the legs of the cotter pin
using a needle-nose pliers.
7. Assemble the remaining 1
¹⁄₂
" hex screw and lock nut through the
caster channel and the left frame assembly. Finger tighten.
