When maintenance is required, the Display Screen will brighten and flash and the maintenance reminder will appear .
MAINTENANCE REMINDERS
Replace Plate
The Purifier Plate is not functioning properly .
• Replace the old Purifier Plate with a new Purifier Plate (available from your local VolIara Independent Business Owner)
PERFORM CLEANING
(approx . every 30 days)
• Clean the Filter Assembly (see page 8)
• Vacuum the ActivePure® Cell
• Clean the Purifier Plate (see page 8)
• Vacuum Top and Rear Grill Openings
NOTE:
Be sure to press the Reminder Reset button to clear the reminder following regular maintenance (see below) .

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved . Children shall
not play with the appliance . Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision .
When the CLEAN indicator starts flashing, it reminds you need to clean the filter.
Follow the steps below to remove the filter and clean it . Long press the RESET button for 3 seconds under the power-on state, you will
hear a beep sound to let you know the reminder has been cleared .
REPLACE RCI CELL
The ActivePure® Cell is no longer working correctly .
• Replace the ActivePure® Cell (replacement cells are available from your local VolIara Independent Business Owner)
NOTE:
The ActivePure® Cell should be replaced every two (2) years, even if the unit does not display this message .
When the CELL indicator starts flashing, you will need to perform the following operations to reset:
• After 1 year of cumulative use, the CELL indicator starts flashing . After the user replaces the new ActivePure® Cell according to the
operation steps on page 11 of the manual, long press the RESET button for 3 seconds under the power off I standby state, you will
hear a beep sound to let you know the reminder has been cleared .
When the CELL indicator starts flashing in red, you will need to perform the following operations to reset:
• The Cell indicator flashes in red to remind the user that Active Pure® Cell is not properly installed . After disconnecting the power
supply, reinstall Active Pure® Cell and check whether the socket is installed properly . After the installation is successful, there is no
need to press the RESET button, the red light will automatically turn off . After the above operations, if the indicator remains flashing
in red, ActivePure® Cell is possibly damaged .
RESETTING THE REMINDERS
The reminders you need to reset are the PERFORM CLEANING and REPLACE ACTIVEPURE® CELL indicators (after performing
maintenance, press the Reset icon and the screen will stop flashing to let you know the reminder has been cleared, please see above
instructions for each indicator .)

Do not operate the Aerus Pure & Clean+ without the Filter Assembly and Back Cover properly installed .
