Pry around sides and bottom of
rear side panel
to release six (6) plastic retaining clips and one (1) metal retaining clip in
scuff plate
. Lift rear side
panel and remove (Figure 1).
Note:
Fold seat back forward to make rear edge of side panel more accessible.

Remove four (4) phillips screws securing speaker assembly. Pull out assembly, disconnect and remove.
3.
Connect speaker wiring adaptor of replacement speaker to vehicle speaker harness. Secure speaker with screws previously removed (Figure 2).
4.
Test speaker operation and reinstall rear side panel by reversing removal steps.
