7.0 WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR
COTTON OUTER COVERS
Always check the washing instructions on the product.
7.1 Outer covers can be washed at 60oC.
7.2 Do not use detergents that contain bleach.
7.3 The cover is to be turned inside out and washed with
detergent for colored fabrics.
8.0 CLEANING LEATHER OUTER COVERS
Always check the washing instructions on the product.
8.1 Leather outer covers should be wiped using a
damp cloth. The inside part of the cover can be
unzipped and washed, see Item 7.
9.0 CLEANING WOOLLEN DUVETS
Always check the washing instructions on the product.
9.1 Simple cleaning of woollen duvets can be
undertaken by placing them in a sealed plastic bag
in the freezer over night.
9.2 They should then be vacuum cleaned.
9.3 The duvet should be aired as often as possible in dry
weather. Open the bag after use so that it will dry as
quickly as possible.
10.0 CLEANING DIRTY WOOLLEN DUVETS
Always check the washing instructions on the product.
1o.1 If a duvet is dirty it should be cleaned.
11.0 WASHING INSTRUCTIONS SUMMER
DUVET COTTON
Always check the washing instructions on the product.
11.1 Summer duvets can be washed at 40°C or cleaned.
11.2 They should not be bleached.
11.3 Summer duvets can be tumble-dried.
11.4 Summer duvets should be washed before use.
12.0 WASHING INSTRUCTIONS SUMMER
DUVET SILK
Always check the washing instructions on the product.
12.1 The duvet should be cleaned.
13.0 CLEANING CARRYING BOARDS
Always check the washing instructions on the product.
13.1 Before washing a carrying board the cover should
be removed from the board.
13.2 The cover should be washed in the same way as
woollen duvets, see Items 9.0 and 10.0.
13.3 They should not be tumble-dried. Further details
