Pump Assembly

Pump assembly is basically the reverse sequence of disassembly.
Keep in mind:

·

Pump assembly should be performed in a clean environment, free of dust and other contaminants.

·

Have all the necessary parts and pieces.

·

Parts damaged by natural wear, that have reached their useful life, or that were damaged during the disassembly

operation, must be replaced by original spare parts.

·

It is often necessary to replace the ORing Pump Body - Union Body, (fig.3- 19.01).

·

The bolts must be tightened properly so that they do not come loose and the thread is not damaged. Table Nº 4 shows

the recommended torque for the different sizes of bolts according to their solicitation.
