AUTOMATED ATTENDANT

Use the Voice Mail Menu to access the Auto
Attendant (Extension Settings) menu.

1. Press [6] (Extended Options) on the

Main Voice Mail menu to get to Auto
Attendant functions.

2. Automated Attendant also provides

another useful function that allows users
to set up a Voice Notepad.
