16 Entering Your Name in the Display

Entering Your Name in the Display
You can enter a default display into the Nomad IP handset
using the keypad so that your name or other identifier
can be sent to calling parties when you place ICM calls.
To create your name in an XTS-IP / XTSc-IP system:
1. Dial access code [690] to
enter the keypad
programming mode. The
handset will display
“Enter Name”.
2. Using the key pad, enter
two digits for each alpha
character.
3. Press the [Left] navigation
key. The handset will
display “System” options.
4. Press the [Down]
navigation button and
scroll to “System Speed”.
5. Press [6] and hold the [OK] button. A system tone will
sound to indicate the default display change.
To create your name in a TeleniumIP system:
Use the Web Admin interface to enter your name in the
display.
