Problem Cause Solution
Wire shifting: The wire is not in
the right placeof the jaw, which
leads to tying failure.
The jaw is blocked, which will
cause intervention of the wire
track. As a result, the wire does
not come out in the right place.
Adjust the tying angle and clear
all obstaclesin the wire track, to
eliminate all interference.
The power switch does not work • The battery is overused or
damaged.
• Failures of motor or circuit
board.
• The battery is not properly
installed.
• Fully re-charge the battery
and try to install it once
more.
• Contact an authorized
service workshop.
• Remove the battery and
re-install it.
The motor works, but no wire
comes out • Make sure that the
machine has not ran out
of wire coil and that the
coil used is one that is
designated for use with the
machine
• The end of the wire is not
properly straightened.
• Replace with designated
wire coil.
• Straighten the end of the
wire. If not able to do so,
cut it with the cutting pliers
(included).
The machine appears broken • Low battery.
• The gearing is jammed.
• Failures of motor or circuit
board.
• Fully charge the battery.
• Open the gearing
• Contact an authorized
service workshop.
The wire does not cut properly • Worn out wire cutting
blade.
• Worn out wire guiding
block.
• Replace the wire cutting
blade.
• Replace the wire guiding
block.
Buzzer alarm • The machine is idle for
more than one minute after
being turned on.
• The machine is out of
battery
• Restart the machine.
• Fully charge the battery.
If this does not solve the
problem, the battery might
be worn out.
The maschine is throwing
’pigtales’ • The wire guiding block
at the tip of the jaw are
incorrectly adjusted
• Carefully loosen the set-
screws and adjust the
guiding block

Maintenance:
1. Please regularly inspect the machine for cracks or other damages
and make sure that the jaw and other moveable parts are clean.
2. If the machine will be idle for longer periods of time, turn the
machine off, remove the battery and place it in the original case.
3. Please regularly replace wear parts such as the wire guiding block
and wire cutting blade.
After-sales service:
Warranty: One (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
(from the date of purchase).
Failures caused in whole or in part by misapplication of the machine, is
not covered by the warranty. This also includes failures caused by the
use of non-designated wire coil, charger or batteries.
Safety information:
1. This machine should only be operated by qualified professionals.
2. Keep fingers and other body parts away from the at all time.
3. Place the machine in a clean and dry environment when not in use.
4. Do not use in rain, or in places where the machine could get wet.
5. Keep the battery clear from extreme heat and/or flames.
6. Do not operate this machine if the battery appears damaged.
7. Before checking or repairing the machine, always make sure it is
properly turned off and that the battery is removed.
