Photo Capture Mode
The Photo Capture mode allows you to capture pictures with your digital camera.
This is the default mode when the digital camera is powered on.
Taking a Picture
1)
While in Photo Capture mode, use the LCD display on the back of the camera to direct the
camera at the scene you would like to capture.
2)
Press the
Zoom In
and
Zoom Out
buttons to zoom in/out if desired.
3)
Press the
Shutter
button to take the picture.
4)
The picture will automatically be saved to the came
ra‟s SD memory card.
Taking a Self Portrait Picture
You can also capture your photos using the
Twinview
screen
– the LCD screen on the front of the
camera.
1)
Before taking the photo, ensure that the Macro Switch on the side of the camera is up and in
the ON position
. The flower icon will appear on the LCD display.
2)
When you would like to quickly include yourself in the photo, simply
press
Front LCD Screen
button (located under the zoom
buttons). The front LCD screen will display the scene you would
like to capture.
3)
Hold the camer
a steady facing towards you at arm‟s length
(30~45cm).
4)
Make sure you can see yourself on the LCD screen.
5)
Look at the camera lens.
6)
Click the
Shutter
button to take the picture.
NOTE
:
Self Portrait photos taken without Macro mode ON
may not be properly focused.
