Self Timer Feature
You can use the Self Timer function when you would like to include yourself in the photograph or
when you would like to take a photograph without flash. To avoid shaking of the camera a tripod is
recommended.
1)
While in Photo Capture Mode, press the
MENU
(
) button to open the menus options.
2)
Press the
W/Down
(
) button to select
the ‘Self Timer’ menu option.
3)
Press the
SHUTTER
button to select and open the highlighted menu option.
4)
Press the
W/Down
(
) or
T/Up
(
) button to select the Self Timer delay option:
Off: No Self-Timer
On: 10S Self Timer
5)
Press the
SHUTTER
button to confirm and save the highlighted submenu option.
6)
The Self Timer feature is now ready for use.
7)
Set the camera in the direction you would like to capture.
8)
Press the
SHUTTER
button to take the photograph.
9)
The photo will be taken after a delay of 10 seconds.
NOTE: The camera will beep during the countdown.
Hide/Show the LCD Icons
The display of the icons on the LCD screen can be hidden or visible as desired.
1)
Press the
Power
button for 1 second to hide the display of the icons on the screen.
2)
Press the
Power
button again to redisplay the icons on the screen.
