2.3 Power supply
The 24 V distributor enables power supply to a maximum
of 8 connections, each with a maximum of 2 converters of
75 W. The switched input enables the use of a switch.

NoTe! It is imperative to take account of power
consumption of the electrical devices.
The dimmer set 318-271.19 is required for the use of
dimmers.

2.4 Scope of supply and accessories
2.4.1 merchandise supports/shelves
Shelves are trays or racks made of wood or glass.
They act as supports for the goods and are inserted
in the frames.
In addition, nonelectrified merchandise supports from
the Xero Frame P/L range can be used.
Further information on the individual merchandise sup
ports as well as the specific product descriptions can be
found in the product catalogue.
2.4.2 Single power adapter 24 V

Adapters are used for power transfer from the profile
to the merchandise support/electrical device.
The adapters may only be used with profiles from the
Xero Frame P/L, Xero L P/L and Xero Twin P/L range.
Low voltage lamps and low voltage small electrical
devices must only be connected by an electrician.
The number of adapters and electrical devices must
be such that the combined load does not exceed
the nominal current rating or fuse protection. The permit
ted nominal voltage and current of the adapters
are also correspondingly restricted (see labelling and
safety instructions).

2.5 Product safety
Details of the electrified Xero Frame P/L: Power track
with power supply integrated into the system sup
port profile.
Safety and functionality is guaranteed with proper inten
ded use. Any liability relating to improper use will
be refused. Product safety is exclusively related to the
Xero Frame P/L original accessories from Vitra.
Modifications must not be made to the system for
safety reasons.
The safety instructions in the assembly instructions must
be observed as well as notices on component labels. The
nominal current rating (A) shown must not be exceeded.
With improper use or cleaning with fluids, parts that are
touched can be live.
Tracks and adapters with visible damage must be dis
connected from the power supply. An electrician must be
notified immediately.

mechanical and thermal compatibility between the po
wer track system and the attached electrical devices.
