8 Troubleshooting

Unit will not turn on

No power → Check power is switched on at wall outlet socket

Bad USB connection → Ensure power connector fully inserted into rear of unit

Power connecter loose → Ensure USB connecter fully inserted at rear of unit


Unit does not recognise sample tube insertion

Tube too small → Ensure minimum tube requirements met
