CD/MP3 player with AM/FM radio
and radio cassette recorder
Warning
To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not use this
plug with an extension cord, receptacle or other
outlet unless the blades can be fully inserted to
prevent blade exposure.
To avoid the above listed problems, do not ex-
pose this appliance to rain or moisture.
Dripping warning
The product shall not be exposed to dripping or
splashing and that no objects filled with liquids,
such as vases, shall be placed on the product.
Ventilation warning
The normal ventilation of the product shall not
be impeded for intended use.
Naked flame warning
“No naked flame sources, such as lighted cand-
les, should be placed on the apparatus”
Closed bookcase warning
The ventilation should not be impeded by co-
vering the ventilation openings with items, such
as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
Do not place the product in closed bookcases
or racks without proper ventilation.
Laser safety
This unit (class 1 laser products) employs an
optical beam system in the CD mechanism. Do
not attempt to disassemble, refer to qualified
service personnel. Exposure to invisible laser
light beam may be harmful to the human eye.
Use of controls, adjustments or procedures
other than those specified herein, may result in
hazardous laser light beam exposure.
Precaution: do not expose this product to water
or humidity to avoid risk of electric shock.
Please read the following instructions to better
understand the functions of this product. After
reading these instructions, please keep them for
future reference.
Please take good note of the following in-
structions:
• The unit must be connected to the power
voltage which is the same as the local area.
If not, there is a danger of "burning" the unit
that causes a fire.
• Do not expose to the temperature higher
than 35°C.
• Avoid installation near heaters or in areas
subjected to direct sunlight.
• Ensure good air circulation.
• Protect the unit from dust, moisture and
water.
• Avoid strong magnetic fields, e.g. near TVs
or Speakers for other units.
• Avoid using strong chemical agents to
clean.
• Do not use grease or oil components,
running mechanisms, near the appliance.
• Take the unit to approved service point for
servicing.
