Keep the roaster door clean. Provide that
no crumbs and food remnants accumulate
between the door and the front panel of the
roaster.
•
Keep the heating elements clean; remove the
dirt with a damp cloth.
•
Regularly clean the ventilation openings on
the roaster body from dust and dirt, to clean
the ventilation openings of the unit use a vac-
uum cleaner with a corresponding attach-
ment.
•
Wash the rack (9), baking tray (10), skewer (12)
and handles (11 and 13) in warm water with
neutral detergent.
Storage
•
Clean the roaster before taking it away for
storage.
•
Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool
place.
