•
For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags used as packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
•
Do not allow children to touch the unit and the
power cord during the unit operation.
•
The unit is not intended to be used by peo-
ple with physical, sensory or mental disabili-
ties (including children) or by persons lacking
experience or knowledge if they are not under
supervision of a person who is responsible for
their safety or if they are not instructed by this
person on the usage of the unit.
•
Do not use the fan if the blades, the power
cord or the power plug are damaged, if the fan
works improperly, after it was dropped or was
damaged in some other way.
•
If the power cord is damaged, it should be
replaced by the manufacturer, a maintenance
service or similar qualified personnel to avoid
danger.
•
Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not dis-
assemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunc-
tion is detected or after it has fallen, unplug
the unit and apply to any authorized ser-
vice center at the contact addresses given
in the warranty certificate and on the website
www.vitek.ru.
•
Transport the unit in the original package.
•
Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach
of children and people with disabilities.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
ONLY, ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN
PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES ARE
PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After the unit transportation or storage at low
temperature keep it for at least three hours
at room temperature before switching on.
Fan assembling
•
Unpack the fan and remove any advertising
stickers that can prevent its operation.
•
Check the unit for damages, do not use it in
case of damages.
•
Insert the lower part of the bar (14) into the
base (15), place the flat washer (16) on the
clamp (17) and thread the clamp (17) clock-
wise. Make sure that the base (15) is fixed
firmly.
•
Unscrew the clamp (13) and extend the bar
(12) to the desired height and fix it by tighten-
ing the clamp (13) with a slight effort as you
turn it clockwise.
•
Install the motor unit (9) on the telescopic bar
(12) until bumping and fix it with the clamp (11)
turning it clockwise.
•
Unscrew and remove the rear grid (7) fasten-
ing nut (4).
•
Install the rear grid (7) on the motor unit (9).
The carrying handle on the rear grid (7) should
be turned upwards.
•
Fix the rear grid (7) on the motor unit (9)
with the nut (4) by screwing it clockwise until
bumping.
•
Install the blades (3) on the motor axis (6) and
fix them with the clamp (2), rotating it
coun-
terclockwise
, holding the blades (3) with a
free hand.
•
Open the front grid (1) clamps (5).
•
Match the front grid (1) and the rear grid (7),
fix them with the clamps (5).
•
The fan is ready for operation.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL (29)
ATTENTION!
•
Batteries leakage can cause injuries or the
unit damage. To avoid the unit damage, follow
the instructions given below:
–
use only the «AAA» batteries;
–
do not use old and new batteries at the
same time or different types of batteries;
–
do not recharge the batteries;
–
insert the batteries strictly following the
polarity;
–
remove the batteries if you are not planning
to use the unit for a long time;
–
replace the batteries in time.
–
apply to specialized centers for further
recycling of the batteries;
–
avoid the power nippers circuit.
•
To use the remote control (RC) (29) open
the battery compartment lid (30) and insert
2 «AAA» batteries (not supplied with the unit)
into the battery compartment strictly following
the polarity, close the battery compartment lid
