button (3) or set the switch (1) to the position
“LOCK” to provide continuous steam supply.
Important information
– Vertical steaming is not recommended for
synthetic fabrics.
–
Never steam clothes on a person as the
steam temperature is very high, use hangers
or rack.
CLEANING AND CARE
Before cleaning the unit or replacing the water
softening cartridge unplug the unit and wait till it
cools down completely.
After every use
Pour water out of the tank (16) after every use.

Remove the water tank (16) by pressing the
clamp (17) and pulling the tank (16) (pic. 1).
2.
Pour out water from the water tank (16) and
then install the tank (16) back to its place.
Regular cleaning
–
Before cleaning the unit make sure that the
unit is unplugged and cooled down.
–
Clean the unit body with a damp cloth and
then wipe dry.
– Scale on the iron soleplate (6) can be removed
with a cloth soaked in vinegar-water solution.
–
After removing scale, polish the soleplate
surface with a dry cloth.
– Do not use abrasives to clean the iron
soleplate and body.
–
Avoid contact of iron soleplate (6) with sharp
metal objects.
Cleaning the boiler (18)
To prolong the unit lifetime we recommend
to clean the boiler regularly, especially in the
regions with “hard” tap water. Pour the water
from the boiler if you are not going to use the unit
for more than 5-10 days.
Attention! Before cleaning the boiler make
sure that the unit has completely cooled
down after use (no less than two hours).
1.
Remove the iron from the base (9) and place
it on a flat steady surface next to the unit.
2.
Remove the water tank (16) by pressing the
clamp (17).
3.
Lift the ring on the cartridge body, pull it
upwards (pic. 14) and remove the cartridge.
Note:
-
Be careful - there can be water inside the
cartridge body.
-
Also water can remain at the installation
place of cartridge. That is why it is
recommended to remove the remaining
water from the installation place with a
dry cloth or paper tissue before installing
a new cartridge.

Shake the boiler body (18) several times
(pic. 7).
2.
Remove the boiler drain opening lid (7) (pic. 8).
3.
Unscrew the boiler drain opening plug
with an appropriate coin by turning it
counterclockwise (pic. 9).
4.
Pour the remaining water out.
5.
Put the boiler body (18) on its side, as shown
on the pic. 10, and pour into the boiler about
300 ml of cold water with an appropriate
beaker (21).
Attention!
-
Do not pour water into the boiler opening
from the tap. Use the beaker (21) only.
-
Do not pour acid solutions or descaling
reagents into the boiler.
6.
Shake the boiler body (18) several times (pic.
11).
7.
Pour the water from the boiler (pic. 12).
8.
Pour water into the boiler again, shake the
boiler body once more and pour the water out
(pic. 10, 11, 12).
9.
Screw the boiler drain opening plug by turning
it clockwise.
10.
Install the lid (7) back to its place.
11.
Install the water softening cartridge back to
its place (pic. 15).
12.
Install the water tank (16) to its place (pic. 3).
Replacing the water softening cartridge
Replace the water softening cartridge regularly.
At moderate use (twice a week) and depending
on the water hardness in your region, the water
softening cartridge should be replaced every 3-6
months.
Note:
-
Do not use the unit without the water
softening cartridge!
