1. Place the device on a dry, level,
fi
rm, moisture-resistant and heat-resistant surface.
2. Pull the water tank (

) up out of the device.
3. Unscrew and remove the water tank lid (
3
).
4. Fill the water tank up to the
MAX
marking with water.
5. Place on the water tank lid and screw it shut.
6. Insert the water tank into the device. You must hear and feel it engage.
7. The mains plug should be connected to a socket that has been properly installed.
8. Move the On / Off switch (

) to the
I
(On) position. The device is switched on. The
production of steam starts after approx. 30 – 40 seconds.
9. Do not hold your face in front of the steam outlet opening (
1
). Maintain a minimum
gap of 20 cm.
10. Switch off the device as soon as no more steam emerges. To do this, move the On /
Off switch to the
0
(Off)
position.
11. Pull the mains plug out of the socket and allow the device to cool down completely.
Cleaning and Storage
PLEASE NOTE!

CAUTION – Danger of Burns!
Allow the device to cool completely before cleaning it.
■
Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.
1. Make sure that the device is switched off and the mains plug has been removed from
the plug socket!
2. Remove the residual water from the water tank and from the steam outlet opening.
Caution!
The water may be hot!
3. Pour fresh water into the water tank and insert it into the device (see the “Use” chapter).
4. Shake the device carefully back and forth without tipping it over.
5. Remove the water from the water tank and from the steam outlet opening.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 if necessary.
7. Wipe down the housing with a slightly damp cloth if necessary.
8. Allow all parts to dry completely before the device is assembled / stored away.
9. Store the device in a clean, dry place that is protected from dust and sunlight and is
not accessible to children and animals.
