If the hairdryer is used in the bathroom, it should be unplugged
after use because the proximity of water represents a risk, even
if the hairdryer is switched off. As additional protection, the in-
stallation of a residual current device (RCD) with a rated tripping
current of no more than 30 mA in the bathroom electrical circuit
is recommended. Ask your
fi
tter for advice.

The device must be cleaned after each use to prevent any
grease and other residues from accumulating.
■
The device must always be disconnected from the mains pow-
er when it is left unattended, before assembling, disassembling
and cleaning the device.
■
If the device or the connecting cable are damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, customer service department or
a specialist workshop in order to avoid any hazards.

sunburn

a rash

wounds

warts
If you are unsure whether the device may be used, consult a doctor.

People who are not sensitive to heat must not use the device.
■
Women who are pregnant, have just given birth or are on their period may respond
negatively to treatment with the device due to the change in their hormonal balance.
■
If you experience an unpleasant sensation or pain while you are using the device,
stop the treatment immediately!
