BOTTLE AND FOOD WARMING
1. Clean all parts according to the instructions given in
the guide under the ‘DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
FOR CLEANING BEFORE USE’.
2. Insert the plug to the mains, the control panel will
switch on and the appliance will beep once.
3. Press the orange button to lift the cover and fill the
water tank with between 45-100ml of clean tap
water (refer to full guidelines below).
4. Place the bottle or food jar into the bottle warming
basket. For food jars or 150ml bottles, you may need
to insert the adaptor ring before the bottle or jar.
Remember to remove caps from feeding bottles and
lids from food jars before commencing the warming
cycle. Then place the warming basket in to the water
tank ready for warming.
5. Press the button to begin warming. The default
time of 2 minutes will appear and the time will
increase by 30 seconds with each press of the button.
The unit will automatically begin warming once your
desired time has been selected. Please note: the time
increments displayed are at a 6:1 second ratio. 0.1 on
the display = 6 seconds.
6. When the timer has finished, the unit will beep and
switch off automatically.
Always check the temperature of the food or milk before
feeding your baby.

water tank with 220ml of clean tap water (refer to
full guidelines below).
4. Cut your ingredients to approximately 1-2 cm chunks
before placing them in your steaming basket, this
will ensure they cook quickly and evenly. Place your
ingredients in to the steaming basket.
5. When all of your ingredients have been added to the
steaming basket, place the steaming basket inside the
jug. Ensure that the tooth around the inner rim of the
jug is perfectly aligned with the groove on the outer
rim of the steaming basket. This is to ensure that the
lid will fit correctly. See diagram 4
6. Attach the lid by placing the
handle tab of the lid to the
right hand side of the handle
and turn clockwise until the tab
slots into the handle perfectly.
The tooth on the inner rim of
the jug will slot in to place, and
will make an audible slotting
sound when it is in place
correctly. See diagram 6
7. Place the jug back onto
the base unit. Twist the jug
clockwise until the safety tab
is secured inside the safety slot
on the base unit. You will hear
and feel a click when this is
securely in place. See diagram 7
8. Gently close the cover over the
jug. The lid is secure and closed
correctly when you hear a click.

9. Press the
button to choose the steam function.
A default time of 20 minutes will appear - you can
adjust the time by pressing the
button, which with
each press will increase by 5 minutes. If you wish to
steam for less than 20 minutes, keep pressing the
button until 05 appears on the screen. This will start
timing options from 5 minutes (minimum steaming
time), and any further pressing of the
button will
continue to increase the time in 5-minute increments.
The appliance will begin automatically once your
desired steaming time is chosen.
10. To pause the function mid-cycle, press the start
button. To resume the cycle, press the start button
again.
11. When the timer has finished, the unit will beep and
switch off automatically.
CAUTION: Always check the temperature of the food or
milk before feeding your baby. Food will be hot following
steaming.
Please note: the table above is based on using Vital Baby®
Breast-like bottles and should be used as a guideline
only. Timings will also differ depending on the start
temperature of the milk.
It is recommended to only re-heat baby food/milk once,
and to feed immediately after the temperature of the
food has been checked.
This appliance is not for use with food pouches, milk
pouches or breast milk storage bags.
Do not defrost food pouches or milk (in all storage forms)
using this appliance.
