7.1.9.1.
Versions
Use the Versions menu to interrogate the physical serial number unit. This
information may be required for any requested support.
Parameter
Function
ESN
Quote the Electronic Serial Number (ESN) when purchasing
additional licensed options.
ENCODER
This gives information about the encoder section that may
be required by customer services during assistance call. It is
easier to copy this information from the web browser.
MODULATOR
This gives information about the RF section that may be
required by customer services during assistance call. It is
easier to copy this information from the web browser.

Diagnostics
Use the Diagnostics menu to view various unit parameters.
NOTE: These are internal device temperatures and will always be greater than
the ambient temperature of the unit.

Use the Contact menu to view contact information for various Vislink sites
around the world. Use this if you require any support.
