SISTEMA DE FIJACIÓN POR VACÍO
SVN460/SVN470
1. SOPORTE PRINCIPAL SVN460
Compuesto por un sistema neumático de sujeción SVN250
montado sobre un soporte que permite el abatimiento de
la pieza en un angulo de 180º, con posiciones intermedias
de giro cada 45º. El soporte permite, además y de forma
independiente al abatimiento, el giro de la pieza a trabajar
sobre su propio eje, con posiciones intermedias de giro
cada 45º. El soporte está dotado de un distribuidor y una
válvula de paso al que se pueden conectar hasta 4 soportes
auxiliares SVN470 bajo su mando. El equipo incluye 1 bolsa
con 3 juntas de goma (sección oval) y un sargento para la
sujeción provisional de la unidad al lugar de trabajo (Fig. 1).
2. FUNCIONAMIENTO
• Sujete el soporte sobre la mesa de trabajo mediante el
sargento A (Fig. 1), o mediante 4 tornillos (no incluidos en
el equipo), si la instalación va a ser permanente.
• Conecte el aire a la espiga conectora de enchufe rápido
B (Fig. 1).
• Coloque y presione la pieza a sujetar sobre el soporte.
Abriendo la válvula de paso C (Fig. 2) la pieza quedará
firmemente sujeta y lista para trabajar sobre ella.
• Una vez sujeta la pieza el soporte permite su abatimiento
en un ángulo de 180º. Para ello afloje la maneta D (Fig. 2) y
gire el soporte buscando la inclinación deseada. El soporte
tiene retenedores de posición que lo sitúan en posiciones
intermedias de giro cada 45º (Fig. 3) A continuación bloquee
la maneta D.
• Independientemente, y de forma complementaria con
la función de abatimiento, el soporte permite el giro de la
pieza a trabajar sobre su propio eje en un circulo completo.
Mediante la palanca selectora de giro E (Fig. 4) es posible la
retención de la plataforma de giro en posiciones intermedias
de giro cada 45º (Fig. 5).
• Si desea que la sujeción del soporte SVN450 sobre el lugar
de trabajo sea también neumático puede montar un sistema
SVN250 adicional en los taladros de que dispone la base del
soporte principal y conectar la entrada de aire de la nueva
unidad a uno de los conectores libres del distribuidor (Fig. 6).
3. SOPORTE AUXILIAR SVN470
Compuesto por un sistema neumático de sujeción SVN250
montado sobre un soporte. El equipo incluye 1 bolsa con 3
juntas de goma (sección oval) y un sargento para la sujeción
de la unidad al lugar de trabajo (Fig. 7)
El soporte auxiliar SVN470 debe conectarse a uno de los
4 racores auxiliares de un soporte principal SVN460 (Figs.
2-7) y de este modo utilizar el conjunto para la sujeción
de piezas de tamaño grande (Figs. 7-8). Un mismo soporte
principal SVN460 puede tener conectadas y a su mando
hasta 4 soporte auxiliares SVN470.

1. SVN460 MAIN SUPPORT
This consists of an SVN250 pneumatic clamping system
mounted on a support so that the piece can be tilted at a
180°angle, with intermediate positions every 45°. Indepen -
dently of this tilt, the support also permits the workpiece to
be rotated around its own axis, with intermediate positions
every 45º. The support is equipped with a distributor and
a by-pass valve which may be connected to, and control
as many as, 4 SVN470 auxiliary supports. The equipment
includes 1 bag with 3 rubber seals (oval-shaped) and a
G-clamp to temporarily fasten the unit to the work area.
2. OPERATION
• Fasten the support to the worktable using G-clamp A (Fig.1),
or 4 screws (not included) if it is to be permanently installed.
• Connect the air supply to quick connector B (Fig. 1).
• Position and press down on the piece being fastened on the
support. Open the by-pass valve C (Fig. 2) and the piece will
remain firmly fastened in place and ready to be worked on.
• Once the piece is fastened in place, the support enables
you to tilt it a 180° angle. To do this, loosen handle D (Fig.
2) and turn the support to the desired tilt. The support has
some stops to place it in intermediate positions every 45°
(Fig. 3). Block it in place using handle D.
• In addition, independently of the tilt feature, the support
enables the piece to be turned in a complete circle on its
own axis. Using rotation selector lever E (Fig. 4), it is possible
to retain the rotating platform at intermediate positions
every 45° (Fig. 5).
• If you also wish to pneumatically clamp the SVN450 support
onto the work area, you may mount an additional SVN250
system, using the holes found on the main support base and
connecting the air intake on the new unit to one of the free
connectors on the distributor (Fig. 6 - 6.1).
3. SVN470 AUXILIARY SUPPORT
This consists of a SVN250 pneumatic clamping system
mounted on a support. The equipment includes 1 bag with
3 rubber seals (oval-shaped) and a G-clamp to temporarily
fasten the unit to the work area (Fig. 7).
The SVN470 auxiliary support must be connected to one of
the 4 auxiliary connections on the SVN460 main support
(Figs. 2-7). This permits the equipment to be used to hold
large pieces in place (Figs. 7-8). A single SVN460 main
support may be connected to, and control up to, 4 SVN470
auxiliary supports.
