Audio CD Playback
When a CD with auto-run is loaded, gen-
erally a CD produced by a record com-
pany, playback will automatically start
playing the first track. Use the buttons on
the VRPD7 to PLAY, STOP, PAUSE, NEXT,
& PREVIOUS. The Repeat, Fast Forward/
Reverse, and the Filelist Up/Down fea-
tures can only be used with the remote.
See page 20 for instructions on using the
remote for CD playback.
MP3 & WMA CD Playback
When a CD with MP3 and/or WMA au-
dio files is loaded
IT WILL NOT AUTO-
START
. Use the buttons on the VRPD7 to
PLAY, STOP, PAUSE, NEXT, & PREVIOUS.
Files may be stored on a CD-R disc as fol-
lows;

shows MP3 and WMA files on a
CD-R disc that are not stored in folders.
Figure 2
shows a CD-R disc with MP3 &
WMA files stored in folders.
FOLDERS
CAN ONLY BE OPENED WITH THE RE-
MOTE.
The Repeat, Fast Forward/Re-
verse, and the Filelist Up/Down features
can only be used with the remote.

Playback Using The Buttons On The VRPD7
1.
To play an audio file using the buttons
on the VRPD7, press PLAY and the first
file will start playing.
2.
To pause playback press the PLAY/PAUSE
button. To resume playback press
PLAY.
3.
To play the next file on the list, press
the NEXT button. You may skip forward
through all the files on the list in this
way.
4.
To play the previous file on the list, press
the PREVIOUS button. You may skip
