The distinguishing features of the Pro Ashley ash cleaner are its innovative line, its high
performances and its versatility of use.
SAFETY PROVISIONS
•Only use the appliance as described in this manual.
•Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those for which it has been designed.
•This appliance can be used by children over 8 years, persons with reduced physical,
mental or sensory ability or lack of experience and knowledge, only if they are monitored
or if they are instructed to use the appliance in a safe manner and are able to understand
the risks. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance should not
be performed by children without supervision.
•Check that the voltage on the label of the product corresponds to the mains.
•Before connecting the device to the mains, check that the power cord and the product
are not damaged in any way.
•ATTENTION:
unplug the appliance from the power mains before performing any type of
maintenance. If the connection plug or the socket are damaged, turn off the main switch
before disconnecting the power cord.
•Turn off the motor before disconnecting the appliance from the power plug.
•When unplugging the appliance from the power outlet don’t pull the cord but remove the plug.
•When using and maintaining the appliance, do not lift or drag it using the power cord.
•Don’t insert any object into the openings. Don’t use the appliance if any of the openings is
occluded. Keep the openings free from dust, hair and anything which may reduce airflow.
• Keep your hair, loose clothing, fingers and any other body part away from the openings
and from moving parts.
•WARNING:
don’t suck white-hot ashes, liquids, fuels, and don’t use the appliances in
places where they may exist.
•WARNING:
never suck anything burning or smoking, like cigarettes, matches or hot ash.
•The ash cleaner has been designed to only suck cold ash and is not suitable for oil boilers
or stoves. It cannot be used to suck plaster rubble or chalk/cement powder.
•
WARNING:
never use the appliance without the filter or with an improperly installed filter.
•Turn off the motor before connecting the hose.
•Disconnect the power supply before performing any cleaning or maintenance operation.
•Don’t expose the appliance to atmospheric agents (rain, etc.).
•Don’t sit on the product or place objects onto it.
•WARNING:
immediately turn off the product if the air intakes or the hose get obstructed.
•WARNING:
despite the presence of the filter a small amount of dirt might lie inside the air discharge
system. It may be breathed in by children or people with respiratory problems. If possible, don’t use
the appliance in the presence of children or people with respiratory problems.
