Detection area setting
1. Release the three tabs on each side of the lens sup-
port, inserting the tip of a screwdriver as shown in the
figure. Remove the lens support from the front cover,
holding the bigger support still.
2. To select the desired angle (from 0 to 3°), move the
lens, making sure it is detached from the groove of
the support.
3. Once you have selected the angle (and therefore the
detection angle), reposition the lens support in the
front cover, aligning the three tabs A, B, and C on each
side of the support with the three grooves A', B' and
C' on the front cover.
4. If you select an angle of 3° the detection area will be
situated 60 cm away from the wall with a distance
of 12 m.
7.2 Detection range adjustment
• The upper detection area must always remain parallel with the ground. The lower detection area can be adjusted as shown
in the following figures; in practice, the detection depth is limited by the angle of the lower area, since both areas need to
be intercepted to generate the alarm.
