4. AERAULIC CONNECTION
The unit must be fixed on a flat surface, through the holes on the fixing brackets or on the omega provided
for this purpose. We recommend mounting on anti-vibration pads and connecting with flexible sleeves.

5. ELECTRIC CONNECTION
5.1 Preliminary precautions
Models 30 to 92 :
This electronically commutated motor cannot be powered directly from the mains, otherwise it will be des-
troyed. The power supply must be provided by the controller. The unit must be switched on and off via the
external Start/Stop control, type BCCA (wiring, see §"5.4 Electrical connection of the Start/Stop control",
page 16). Do not shut down the unit by directly disconnecting the power supply to the controller via the
INTZ or by a mains failure.
Switch off and disconnect the power supply before working on the unit.
When working on the fan, the proximity switch defined according to IEC947-3/695-2-1 must be opened
and locked in this position (according to NF C 15-100).
