Service Diagnostics and Procedures 

Grill Burner 

The unit uses a single burner and a dual burner to 
generate heat.  Once the selection is made, the 
valve allows gas to flow and when the gas comes in 
contact with a spark from the igniter or flame from 
the flash tube, ignition occurs.

To access the grill burner:

1.    Open canopy and remove grill grates.

2.   Remove flavor generator plates.

3.    Remove nuts on drip guards.

4.   Remove drip guards.

5.    Remove nut from rear of each single burner.

6.  

Remove two nuts from front of dual burner.
