1. 

Make the safety connections.
Install all pipe connections free of load and torque
stress.

2. 

Check the connections on the heating water side
for leaks.

6 bar (0.6 MPa)

Test pressure

7.8 bar (0.78 MPa)

Low water indicator (water level limiter)

Protect the boilers against water shortage in accord-
ance with EN 12828. A minimum pressure switch or
minimum pressure limiter can be installed for this,
available as accessories.

Safety valve

Equip boilers with a safety valve that is individually tes-
ted to EN 12828 and is marked according to the sys-
tem version.

Route 230 V cables and LV leads separately.
