On-site requirements
For every CHP module whose data must be made available, the following requirements are necessary:
1. Telecontrol GPRS modem hardware
2. Guaranteed reception of the D1 mobile network at the installation location!
Note:
Note the maximum cable lengths when selecting the installation location as well as the quality of
reception of the mobile network. As an aid to determining the area with the highest field strength around
the installation location, a mobile phone with a D1 card can be used.
3. D1 mobile phone card with tariff for GPRS data transmission with data flat rate, without volume
restriction and deactivated PIN scan
Note:
After the customer has purchased and enabled the D1 SIM card, the mobile phone card is checked
and configured together with the modem hardware by ESS. Perfect operation cannot be guaranteed in
different regional areas.

Written declaration of consent from the owner or CHP operator for external data transmission (as per the
commissioning
German Federal Data Protection Act)
