Viessmann AirflowPLUS AH2A Installation, Operating and Service

Power is on at the air handler.

The air handler internal water

coil freeze sensor is activated by

three extreme low temperature

cycles. Alarm buzzer sounds

continuously.

The red light is illuminated

on the housing.

Sensor T3 flash code indicates

7 green then 7 green.

Buzzer is also ON.

The alarm buzzer can be silenced

by cycling the power to the

air handler OFF then ON.

Cooling lockout active, cooling

can only be reactivated by cycling

the power OFF and then ON.

Inadequate air flow, plugged filter,

extreme ESP, low refrigerant.

Outdoor ambient or

thermostat set too low.

Observe each sensor code and

record related flash codes as

shown on the housing mounted

LED. Refer to page 42.

Cooling lockout

This feature is initiated if three freeze protect cycles occur

within a single cooling cycle or, if three freeze cycles

occur when a cooling cycle is not in progress.

A freeze protect cycle is when the air handler integral

A/C coil freeze sensor is triggered by unacceptably low

discharge air temperatures.
