Viroller
is designed for exercises conducted with hands gripping or supported by
the lateral handles or on the central cylinder of the vibratory bar, whether with
the bar placed on the ground, moved by the user or suspended in a portico by
its lateral anchor points. At the same time, it can serve as a foam roller, using the
soft central cylinder of the vibratory bar or as a vibratory platform by using the
stabilizing accessory.
Placing the Viroller upon the stabilizing accessory
(Figure 6a)
one may conduct
exercises standing on one leg upon the bar´s central cylinder. Placing the stabi-
lizing accessory upon the vibratory bar
(Figure 6b)
one can use it as a vibratory
platform with instability in the anteroposterior axis. Finally, when the stabilizing
accessory is in contact with the ground one can conduct exercises on the incline
plane
(Figure 6c)
.
The total time of exposure to vibratory stimulation in one single session should
not exceed 20 mins, regardless of the amplitude and frequency selected. Excee-
ding this time limit could be damaging to one’s health.

The vibratory bar has two lateral anchors which allow you to suspend it from a
portico using snap rings
(Figure 7)
. Before conducting exercises, ensure that
snap ring son each end of the bar can comfortably support the load applied. Ne-
ver suspend the bar from a portico that is not adequate to resist the forces which
are going to be exerted against it during exercise.
