Description of the SW42REM/SW82REM sequential switcher
The SW42REM/SW82REM sequential switcher is a professional product for applications within the sphere of
safety and surveillance. In a safety system it allows the video switching of 4 telecameras (SW42REM) or 8 telecameras
(SW82REM) on 2 outputs.
Features:
•
8 video inputs (for SW82REM, 4 video inputs for SW42REM) commutable on two outputs
•
1 manual channel (Output 1) for input manual selection, cyclic switching and alarm display
•
1 automatic channel (Output 2) reserved to automatic switching and display of the inputs corresponding to each
alarm
•
8 alarm inputs which can be selected as normally open (NO) or normally close (NC)
•
1 auxiliary contact (NO) which can be activated in case of alarm for external pan & tilt control
•
Input for VCR Trigger and alarm external reset
•
Input for the sequential switcher control by SWC4/SWC8 and DCMT8 remote keyboards
•
Possible connection of two SW82REM sequential switchers (refer to Sequential switcher in double configuration ) to
a single DCMT8 keyboard, so as to control simultaneously up to 16 video inputs on 4 outputs
Appliances which can be connected to the SW42REM/SW82REM sequential switcher
•
SWC4 control keyboard : allows the video switching remote control for SW42REM sequential switcher
•
SWC8 control keyboard : allows the video switching remote control for SW82REM sequential switcher
•
DCMT8 control keyboard : allows the video switching remote control for SW82REM sequential switcher.
It allows also the control of DTRX,DTMRX receiver drivers for telemetry handling.
