PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSES AND
SOLUTIONS
Led LD1 is on but
the instruction are
not executed. Wrong configuration of the
reception.
In case of RS485 mode, check if the
load is inserted/not inserted with
JP5 jumper. In case of Current Loop
mode, verify that the JP2 and JP3
jumper are on CL position.
Wrong connection.
Check the connecting cables.
Wrong identification.
Check the identification number of
(SW1-SW2-SW3).
The unit is blocked.
Press the reset key P1 or turn off the
power supply.
Wrong speed or protocol.
Check the setting of dip 1, 2 and 8 of
SW4 and dip 1 of SW6.
The positioning
device does not
work. Wrong power supplied to the
positioning device.
Make sure that the supply voltage of
the positioning device corresponds
to the one supplied by the receiver.
The lens does not
work. Wrong lens voltage.
Check the adjustment of the TR1
trimmer.
The alarms does not
work. Wrong configuration of alarms
dip.
Control the setting of dip 3, 4 and
5 of SW4.
In a cascade
connection, the
units which follow
do not receive the
user’s commands. Wrong connection.
Check the connecting cables.
Wrong configuration of the
reception.
In case of RS485 mode, check if the

JP6 jumper. In case of Current Loop
mode, verify that the JP2 and JP3
jumper are on CL position.
Dip switch wrong configuration.
Control the address setting of the
non-functioning units.

hamper the operator.

9 Troubleshooting
Although the receiver is characterized by a great ease
of use, sometimes troubles may occur, especially
during the installation and configuration phases or
using the unit.

Led LD1 is off. No power supplied to the unit.
Check the power cable.
The fuse is blown.
Replace the F5 fuse (6.3A F 250V).
