7. Components.
Ignition :
Performs ignition of the pellets.
Fume extractor :
Provides the flue gases from the combustion chamber to the flue pipes and combustion air intake by vacuum
Gear motors :
Drives: Driven auger screw by means of which the pellets are conveyed from the pellet fuel hopper to the combustion
chamber, automatic cleaning of the flue pipes inside the water boiler and 2 pieces for cleaning of deposits to the external
ashtray.
Fume extractor :
Provides the flue gases from the combustion chamber to the flue pipes and combustion air intake by vacuum
Air vents (automatic):
They are placed in the upper body of the pellet boiler and allow removal of air entered when filling the heating system with
liquid
Do not forget to connect the heating system to the sewer.
8. Operating mode.
Pellet boiler works with wood pellets. These are cylindrical granules, made of pressed wood whose combustion is controlled by
an electronic control system. The heat from the combustion process is given to the fluid in the heating system.
The pellet fuel hopper, position in Figure 2, is located at the rear of the pellet boiler. Filling of the hopper is through a hatch
located in the rear part of the upper top plate of the pellet boiler. The pellets are transported from the hopper to the
combustion chamber by means of a screw auger driven by a gear motor.
The initial ignition of the pellets is carried out by hot air which is sucked in around the ignition in the combustion chamber
through the fume extractor. Fume extractor provides combustion air by sucking in from air inlet Ø 60 mm (pos. A in Figure 1)
by the room or by outside atmosphere. Upon submission of air from the room there must be provided an influx of outside air.
The flue gases are extracted from the combustion chamber through the fume extractor (F) and are conducted to flue socket Ø
100 mm (pos. G Figure.2.1).
