Chapter 3 Setup Menu Overview

The LENS SET menu enables you to choose the lens adjustment method.

It can be controlled by the remote lens controller which is connected to

the camera with a lens cable. It can also be controlled by switches on the

camera itself. When this method is used, the focusing and zooming can

be done directly. Focusing can be done more effectively by assigning the

controllable focus width.

If the lens is operated while the

is in the normal mode, the

current focus and zoom can be shown on the screen by selecting the

Lens Position submenu.

In the SHU’ITER menu, an electronic shutter speed can be assigned. A

shutter speed can be selected among 16 different speeds from

seconds

l/100,000 seconds by using the Setup menu. If the Right/Left

switches are pressed continuously while the shutter main menu has been

selected, the shutter speeds will be displayed in the same order as shown

below.
