6 Maintenance

Engine oil change

Every 100 operating hours.

12 Engine oil change

Change the engine oil every 100 hours of
operation (together with engine oil filter re-
placement).

If the engine runs less than 100 hours during
the year the oil should be changed at least
once a year.

Run the engine for a few minutes before
changing the oil; warm oil can be pumped
out more easily.

Change the oil with a switched off engine at
operation temperature. (Lube oil temperature
approx. 80°C (176°F).)

draining the hot oil! Used oil must be collect-
ed in a container for proper disposal accord-
ing to laws and regulations.
