NOTE!
Repairs may only be carried out by the manufacturer or by a specialist company authorised by the
manufacturer. The manufacturer rejects any liability for all damage caused by incorrect repairs or
welding to the SmartTarget.
Incorrect repairs or use of third-party components can cause damage and loss of functions.
This can lead to dangerous situations and severe injuries. In the case of incorrect repairs, the
manufacturer‘s warranty and responsibility for consequential damage becomes null and void.

Ensure that the laser is only replaced by qualified electricians.

Always use original components.
▪
Comply with the safety instructions in the corresponding individual manuals.
6.4 Spare parts
Spare parts for SmartTarget can be ordered from the manufacturer. If in any doubt, the identification of the required spare
parts can be obtained from the Customer Service with reference to the order number stamped on the machine. Always install
original components. If third-party components are used, the manufacturer‘s warranty and responsibility for consequential
damage becomes null and void.
6.5 After completing maintenance work

Safety boots
After maintenance work or troubleshooting has been completed, proceed as follows before starting to use the assistance
system and industrial truck again:
1.
Ensure all loosened screw connections are securely tightened.
2.
Ensure all previously removed safety devices and covers are fitted correctly again.
3.
Check cabling: the cables must be out of reach of moving parts to prevent damage.
4.
Reset the lift truck safeguard.
5.
Remove all used tools, materials and other equipment from the working zone.
6.
Clean the working zone (remove any possible leaks such as liquids, processing material or similar).
