RESTING POSITION OF THE ROLLER LEVER

NOTICE:

The resting position is factory set and should only be adjusted if necessary.

Activate the

ADJUSTMENT WIZARD

(see 02.01. / Page 19).

turning by hand the display shows the

machine position in degrees. Stitch

length is set to

0mm.

It is very important that the control cam

is touching the bushing

Turn the machine with the mechanical hand wheel into the shown position of

the control cam

Loosen nut

and adjust the desired distance between roller lever

and control cam

0.1 to 0.3 mm

with the screw

to position

While turning the machine with the mechanical handwheel, the

roller lever

should not jam with the control cam

Tighten nut

» Confirm to proceed to the next step.

NOTE:

In the resting position of the roller lever the roller should have a lateral distance of

0.1 to

0.3mm

to the control cam.
