5.3. WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Vestibular First warrants that the Insight Infrared Video Goggles are free from
defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of 36 months from the date of delivery by Vestibular First. If the Insight
Infrared Video Goggles require service during the applicable warranty period,
the purchaser should communicate directly with Vestibular First. Warranty is not
transferable to another entity and only covers the original purchasing entity.
When Damage is Not Covered by Warranty
If items are damaged by accident or misuse, please visit the

Shipping and Handling Fees for Replacement Parts
• All shipping fees are covered by the manufacturer if under warranty
[replacement part(s) needed due to a manufacturing defect].
• Shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer and appropriate
in amount to cover the part(s) shipped plus a standardized handling fee per part, in
the case where customer actions/inactions resulted in damage to the original parts.
Timeline for Replacement Parts
• Time until delivery of a replacement part, both in cases of parts under
warranty and customer action-related damage, is 3 business days from
receipt of request/confirmation that a new part will be shipped to you.
• Potential for faster or overnight shipping may be available for an additional fee,
depending on the location of the customer - please contact us for details
