1. No rotation
Air is not provided. Turn on the air.
The hose is twisted. Straighten the hose.
Air pressure is low.
Adjust the air
pressure.
Parts are rusted due to a lack
of lubrication.
Lubricate the unit.
Dirt contamination. Request overhaul

damaged, etc.) on motor
